We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Team as Homecare Director of our Napa branch office.

Position Description:
The Homecare Director holds a high profile position in both the company and the community, building strong working relationships with employees, clients, and a network of industry professionals. This is a leadership position helping clients and families address the challenges facing the senior population. It requires a refined sense of empathy as well as a keen sense of business acumen.

Reports To: Erick Larson, Regional Director of Operations

Position Responsibilities:
The Director is responsible for the overall profitability of the branch through sales and management to create a positive identity for the agency within the community by completing the following:

  • Build new client referral relationships.
  • Develop and Maintain existing client referral relationships.
  • Convert sales inquiries to active clients.
  • Perform needs assessments for each new client.
  • Develop a Care Plan for each client based on your assessment.
  • Enter each new client and their care plan into our database system.
  • Oversight of scheduling and management of caregivers to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Management of Internal Office staff, Homecare Manager and Scheduling Coordinator.
  • Maintain quality control and both Client and Employee satisfaction.
    Conduct regular internal team meetings to ensure efficient branch operations.
  • Ultimate responsibility for caregiver recruitment, management and recognition.
  • Assure all documentation is complete and maintained appropriately.
  • Utilize Hometrak Companion software to track activities and report them to the Regional Director
