Do you have a background in truck repair and/or fleet maintenance? We'd like to talk with you!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Customer Relationship Work directly with the Fleet Manager and Customer to assist in daily fleet operations. This is a lead position that includes working with techs, drivers, supervisors, or other customer personnel regarding repairs and schedules of all vehicles.Fleet Operations Delegate work to technicians, manage paperwork, and ensure customer compliance requirements are met with high level of overall customer satisfaction. Process all work orders including opening work orders and inputting all information,Utilize computer system(s) to process repair orders from start to finish in accordance to the company standard to ensure all information is tracked and relayed to customer in a timely manner. Use computer system to track and maintain accurate inventory.Work with outside service vendors to track and update progress of repairs and to manage the invoice process.QUALIFICATIONSComputer Systems - Efficiently and accurately enter information.Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Communication Skills Ability to listen and speak professionally at all times. Requires excellent communication with customer.Strong organizational skills- Effectively participate in self-directed work teams. Assign work to technicians.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum three months related experience and/or training; A technical background in the transportation industry with trucks, and/or fleet maintenance will be helpful.EEO/M/F/Disabled/Veteran and other protected categories
