Scheduler and Care Team Coordinator Job Objectives

AMADA's Scheduler and Team Coordinator is a professional position responsible for generating and updating a master staffing schedule while adjusting as needed according to budgetary constraints, call-outs, and pre-planned leaves of absence. The Scheduler and Team Coordinator position is full-time and reports directly to the President of AMADA Senior Care. This is a professional position with opportunity for bonus at the end of the year if certain revenue and organizational goals are met. You must be able to work in a fast paced, environment and be able to meet critical deadlines each week with confidence and a positive attitude during crunch time.
Scheduler and Team Coordinator Responsibilities Include

Maintain role as part of the Management Team
Become expert in all capabilities within company software
Lead recruiting efforts to ensure constant pipeline of new associates are always under consideration
Evaluate new jobs against staff profiles to fill shifts effectively.
Fulfill staffing vacancies in advance to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
Keep meticulous attendance records and assisting with progressive disciplinary process if staff members accrue excessive absences and/or tardies
Create and maintaining appropriate staffing and client records; keeping files up to date and current monthly; archiving old / inactive files
As a Scheduler and Care Team Coordinator provide day to day phone support fielding calls, taking detailed messages and supporting the team of certified and CNAs, and HHA in the field.
Step in from time to time when necessary to fill-in for shifts when HHA is unable
Provide phone coverage and weekend coverage on a pre-determined basis
